About Us
Welcome to our website! My name is Gary Box, owner of K9 Weddings. My passion for dogs has seen me working in the pet industry for many years.
My other businesses include Northampton Dog Walker and Premium Dog Walkers. I also started a pet transport business called PetsA2B which I’ve since sold.
We are now ready to bring the same dedication and to this new venture and look forward to meeting you and your dogs.
Our Story
Before starting K9 Weddings I had been working with pets in other businesses I had created. I’d had enquiries about providing a dog chaperone service for weddings before but these other businesses had kept me too busy to consider branching out. A number of things happened in 2022 that led me to consider starting a dog chaperone business:
- Most of the clients of Northampton Dog Walker were now handled by Zena.
- I sold my pet transport business PetsA2B which had taken up the previous two years of my life.
- I decided that I wanted to limit the number of hours I worked during the week with my new business Premium Dog Walkers.
With more free time on my hands the idea of working some weekends with pets become feasible. Since most weddings take place at weekends, a wedding dog chaperone seemed like an ideal opportunity.
Operating within Northamptonshire and bordering counties we are able to offer our many years of experience working with dogs. Our aim is to help make it possible for your dog to attend your wedding day.
