Kettering Park Hotel & Spa

I recently attended the wedding of Arif & Kerri which took place at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa. I was there to look after Cody their 3 year old Cavapoochon. Unlike some wedding venues this is not a sole use venue but it seems to be large enough that a wedding party rarely seems to be mingling with other guests staying at the hotel. Interestingly the South African women’s rugby team were staying at the hotel as they had a game on the Sunday at Franklin’s Gardens in Northampton as part of the World Cup.

Kettering Park Hotel Suites

With various suites on offer Kettering Park Hotel & Spa can cater to most weddings from small to large.

Rockingham Suite

Described as a more intimate setting, the Rockingham Suite is ideal for up to 70 guests for a wedding breakfast which increases to a maximum of 120 guests for the evening. It has its own private bar and small outdoor terrace.

Rutland Suite

The largest suite at the Kettering Park Hotel which is suitable for up to 140 guests for the wedding breakfast. In the evening the capacity can increase to 200 guests. It also has its own private bar and outdoor terrace and is large enough to fit a dancefloor for the evening celebrations.

Little Harrowden

A small room that is suitable for smaller weddings up to 32 guests.

For the actual wedding ceremony couples can opt to exchange their vows outdoors or indoors in a range of different rooms.

Garden Room

The outdoor space known as the Garden Room is a great option in the warmer months. Suitable for up to 150 guests. Even when couples opt for an indoor ceremony, the chances are you will use the Garden Room for your drinks reception after the ceremony and for some of the official photos.

Althorp Suite

Able to seat 70 guests this room has lovely neutral colours and quality decor that is a great option for smaller ceremonies.

Rutland Suite

Typically used as a space for the wedding breakfast and evening party, the Rutland Suite can also be used for the ceremony itself with a capacity of up to 140 guests.

Kettering Park Hotel Wedding Packages

Costing a wedding at Kettering Par Hotel & Spa can take some time due to the sheer number of different variables on offer, both in terms of suites but also dining options. To try and make things easier the hotel has some listed wedding packages known as Standard, Elegant and Fairytale. Standard Package

The standard package includes the classic menu, a finger food buffet for the evening reception and a glass of Bucks Fizz. Ceremony room hire and evening entertainment is not included.

Elegant Package

The Elegant package includes the civil ceremony room hire, a bottle of Prosecco for the toast, the elegant menu for the wedding breakfast, street food for the evening reception, the resident DJ disco and a dedicated Wedding manager. It also includes chair covers, sashes and flower centrepieces. The overnight stay in a suite is also included for the couple.

Fairytale Package

The fairytale package includes wedding exclusivity, meaning yours will be the only wedding taking place at the hotel that day. It also includes a hen party for up to 8 people where you can enjoy spa treatments, afternoon tea and dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation.
